COOLING TOWERS.
The experience of Doya Biológica comes from the industrial filed where the main worry is to stop halts in production due to dirty exchangers because of incrustations, algae-slime, and oxidation and corrosion. This contamination reduces the thermal exchange which leads to losses in performance with the subsequent increase in consumption and unwanted stoppages. The cooling circuits with water recovery towers should therefore be given the correct preventative treatment. CALFA BAS combines all the characteristics required to deal with the different problems facing this type of facility. CALFA BAS is a solid, non-volatile chemical product that is easily handled and that avoids or reduces:

- mechanical cleaning of the facilities (nozzles, trays, filters, covers, packing... etc.)
- re-circulation and acidic cleaning of circuits and exchanges.
