CLOSED COOLING SYSTEMS/COOLERS.
The main problem in cooler circuits with low temperature water (6-9șC) is the corrosion of the circuts, particularly if they are made from galvanised material or black plate. The placement of CALFA BAS in an intermediate reservoire or lung of this type of facility helps to prevent corrosion and to dissolve the oxide in teh circut, as well as the caking on the circuit if present, which leads to an increase in the performance of the facility, and a lengthening of the useful lifetime of the machinery and the circuit. Correct maintenance of this type of facility is important in order to avoid blockages in delicate pieces such as injection molds or other such pieces.
