The closed towers and evaporative condensers are facilities that have little water volume, but a re-circulating flow and a high evaporation. It is essential to perform preventative and correct control the purge programme. The cartridges of CALFA BAS are placed inside the water reservoire (according to the volume of water in the facility), close the aspiration filter of the pump and they start to dissolve slowly during the useful lifetime of the product (6 months).
Thus the bank of tubes remains free of incrustations, algae and oxide, without loosing any of the installation's performance.
